Using Principles of Discovery and Career Development
Developing career goals through innovative vocational assessment, career development skills, and the process of “Discovery.” This course provides an understanding of why an innovative approach to career assessment is needed for people with disabilities. It then goes through the various steps, settings, and approaches that can be used to profile career interests, skills, support needs, and resources.
